Last night, Wyatt wrestled his first match as the Fiend at Summerslam, one of WWE’s biggest annual shows. And he also had another new character: The Fiend, a masked monster. On WWE TV, he’s been appearing as a deranged kids’-TV host.
But after that character got stale and Wyatt disappeared from TV for a while, he reinvented himself. In recent years, Wyatt’s character has been a sort of Cape Fear-esque bayou cult leader. For months, WWE has been teasing the return of Bray Wyatt, one of the best villains in wrestling.
